On your behalf we will electronically submit a dental claim form to your insurance company. If your insurance provider does not accept electronic claims, we will assist you in completing the necessary paper claim form. We are happy to prepare estimates of dental treatment needed to your insurance company.
Please note that your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company. Your dentist is not responsible for any changes regarding your benefits. Due to the Privacy Act, dental insurance companies can refuse to provide information about your plan to dental offices. We will only recommend treatments that we feel are necessary for your continued dental care. Please be aware that dental insurance coverage helps you to cover your dental needs. It does not dictate your dental needs. Only your dentist can diagnose dental problems and recommend care based upon those needs.
